Restoring your PC is a way to undo recent system changes you’ve made and revert to a previous state ( system image). Resetting your PC is also similar to reinstalling Windows, but during this process your files, settings and Windows Store apps will be deleted. During this process, however, you keep your personal files, system settings, apps that came with your PC as well as the apps you installed from the Windows Store. Refreshing your PC is essentially the same as reinstalling Windows.
